Ploughing

Spring ploughing practice for an up and coming ploughing match competition.  It’s all about precision and straight lines.  Different tractors are used depending upon the ‘class’.  Here we have a young farmer with an old Massey Fergusson practising on a cold April day with his father overseeing proceedings.   The location was in west Kent on the Kent and Sussex border.  The drone used was a Mavic Pro II.  The sunshine proved a little problematic with the sun sometimes being in the wrong position, however, it provides a flavour of the day and the essence of this traditional rural activity that still exists in the agricultural industry.
