Hospitality Action has a very active Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Previously we have filmed with our partners Hospitality Media, case studies on location. These have provided powerful stories of how the charity has helped its people. They encourage corporate membership to the programme that assists employees under normal circumstances and especially throughout this last year. During 2020 and 202, it was an opportunity to use motion graphics to convey the message of ‘Meet Joe’. The process involved receiving the script from Hospitality Action and the vector files from the designer we work with, Louise Russell Design. We then create the storyboard and return to the client for approval before we begin the build. In addition, we decide on the music that will work best. A first edit was delivered, followed by amends.
