This video, Leadership Through Change, involves an interview about a recent book ‘Picking up the Pieces’  written by Dr Hilary Cooke.  In this video, she discusses leadership and the practice of ‘kintsugi’ with Sean Wheeler, a consultant.   They discuss leadership and management within Hospitality and how management can be mindful and utilise some of these models to assist leaders to help navigate their teams through the current pandemic crisis.
