National Chef of the Year 2019 is a 3 minute video about National Chef of the Year and Young National Chef of the Year 2019, which is organised by the Craft guild of Chefs annually. We cover the filming and photography of the semi-finals, which took place in Sheffield at Sheffield College and London at Le Cordon Bleu Bloomsbury. This includes 4 heats for NCOTY across the two locations and 2 heats for the YNCOTY. Watch the video to find out who were the semi-finalists and who was crowned National and Young National Chef of the Year 2019. The Finalists are chefs from throughout the UK including Scotland and Northern Ireland. The competition is highly regarded within the industry and the winner is chosen by 40+ Judges, many of whom hold Michelin stars.
