The brief involved filming the all day event for Moet UK Sommelier of the Year 2017 held at the Savoy Hotel, London. Filming took place in the both the famous River Room and the Lancaster Room where much of the activity was on stage. The aim was to capture the spirit of the event and the exciting, yet tough challenges the finalists are presented with. The three finalists were: Tanguy Martin, Romain Bourger and Arnaud Bardary. The event was organised by The Academy of Food and Wine Service and The Caterer and sponsored by Moet and Chandon.
