Chef Hayden Groves became National Chef of the Year in 2013 which was a huge achievement. In 2015 he then cycled the 21 stages of Le Tour de France arriving the day before the teams at the Champs Elysees raising huge sums for charity – Cure Leukaemia. Geoff Thomas, ex footballer and cancer survivor was involved. Lance Armstrong cycled with the team for a day. This interview gets under the skin of Hayden Groves and what has motivated and what continues to motivate this very focused chef and cyclist. Filming took place in January and involved filming from the bottom the car. A seven minute video but simply couldn’t edit the video any further as it all seemed relevant.
