The International Wine Challenge or IWC is the worlds largest wine competition. We had the challenge of producing a video documentary recording creatively the entire process. This involved writing the film script, filming and creating the voice over script. The International Wine Challenge is complex and the video details the rigour that the IWC adopts. The filming took place in London at The Oval Cricket Ground. The production took 6 months, from the arrival of 13,000 entries, through to the awards night at The Grosvenor House. The Co Chairmen consisted of: Charles Metcalfe, Tim Atkin MW, Oz Clarke, Peter McCombie MW and Sam Harrop MW. The videos’s purpose is to inform, de-mystify and to attract new entrants to the competition.
